Criminal Deck
The criminal player plays offensively, attacking the police head-on and progressing through the Obstacles. Their objective is to make it out with all the loot hidden in the heist.
Police Deck
The police player plays defensively building up the oppositions to the criminal player to fight through. Their objective is to take down each and every heister until there are none left.
Heist Deck
The heist deck is used in the initial set-up. It contains all the Loot Cards, Key Items and Obstacles. It also contains some initial Guards to block the heisters' progress.
